Product delivery will generally take between 3 - 10 working days from when the order is placed. This time frame is making allowances for instances where Baines Manchester is awaiting supplier deliveries, or stock is in high demand. However, in most instances orders are shipped within 2-4 working days of receipt.
Please be aware that Baines Manchester delivers strictly within Australia. Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post's Eparcel service during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for (unless stated otherwise). If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, Australia Post will determine a safe place for the parcel to be left on the premises. If there's no safe place, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by your nearest Australia Post depot until collection is made or the maximum hold time is reached.
Note: Australia Post parcel pick up is on Tuesday and Friday of every week. If you require Express Post your order will be delivered to Australia Post that same day to ensure fast delivery of your goods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When returning via Australia Post the processing time can, on occasion take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on Australia Post's delivery schedule. Notification will be made by either email or phone once the process has been confirmed.
Choose carefully when selecting Quilts, Underlays, Toppers and Pillows, as there is no exchange on these items due to health reasons, unless the product is faulty.
Please note that we cannot make changes to an order or transaction once payment has been processed and the order has been closed.
Items ordered via our "Pre-Order" service are non returnable, if you are unsure of this selection, please visit one of our 5 stores to view a sample before placing your order.

Pick-up from one of our 5 convenient store locations or distribution center is FREE. During the checkout process you will be able to select one of these locations. This service does not guarantee instant collection, your order will be dispatched from our main warehouse to your nominated store. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. This method can take up to 10 working days due to the delivery process.
Online orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will not be processed by our online sector until the Monday following that weekend.
If possible please bring a copy of your online transaction with you and a customer service representative will be able to assist with the collection of your items in-store.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email from Australia Post giving you the option to opt in to receive ongoing tracking advice. If you would like to track your parcel you need to click on the subscribe link in the email after which Australia Post will provide you with track event updates as your order proceeds through their system and gets delivered to your address. If you choose not to opt in by not clicking on the subscribe link then Australia Post will respect your decision and not send any more updates to you. If you did not receive this please check your junk and spam mail boxes.
